• Well Testing Duties:
• Maintain knowledge and working practice of all policies and procedures
• Prepare the well test equipments as per QA/QC procedures, make sure that all equipments are certified and ready for the operations.
• Supervise the loading out of the job package.
• Equipment rigged up, pressure tested, function tested, ESD System thoroughly function tested prior to operations commencing.
• Ensure that all required crew members are available and properly equipped with all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and clothing.
• Equip crew with the appropriate equipment and devices, to deal with toxic gases such as H2S, CO2.
• Ensure that the job package is equipped with all required tools and spare parts.
• Participate and or conduct the pre-rig in safety meeting.
• Assign/oversee all rig-in responsibilities.
• Check Work-permit and attached list as per procedures, held TBT.
• Supervise operations on well site to make sure they are performed efficiently and as per oilfield practices in compliance with QHSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Lock-down the data collection process from end device to final report.
• Interface with Client for data processing and reports.
• Test and measuring liquid flow rate meter, gas flow meter, DPU differential pressure unit, SLH switch level high, SLL, PSV, high/low pilot, Parton recorder.
• Equipment Layout necessary, visual check the location, designed suitable location P&ID, pressure test equipment procedures.
• Supervise the pressure test of all critical valves and systems as per required regulations and policies.
• Pre-Test safety discussion, eneral safety planning procedures, conducting safe operations, operational convenience and safety.
• Preparation/mobilization, rigging up/down, loading/uploading the equipments.
• Supervise the maintenance of spare parts inventories.
• Perform a shift change safety meeting, hand over and walk around with the cross shift.
• Data Acquisition Duties:
• Provides technical support for all Data Acquisition hardware/software with emphasis on specialized technologies.
• Provide support for all data communication equipment (Analog, Cellular, Satellite, signal boosting equipment), site networks, internet accounts, and corporate web mail accounts
• Test and commission permanent Data system installations.
• Record/maintain inventory file of Data Acquisition components (PLCs, Electronic Flow meters, Flow Computers, Sensors/Transmitters, Wireless data transmission radios, cabling)
• Perform presentation of in-company software and hardware systems at trade and sales shows.
• Perform Data Acquisition Technologist duties as required.
• Provide support for the DataPro Data Acquisition program including initiating the deployment of new releases, developing training documents, performing software testing and verification, general troubleshooting for both field operations and engineering personnel.
• With direction and support from Team Lead and/or operations management, complete intermediate sized Data Acquisition projects from initial research, procurement, to final deployment
