I am an experienced Team Manager with strong people skills who put a lot of passion and interest in people. To be part of their journey, support and coach their growth and development in all stages is my true element and key skill. I have a background within IT recruitment and have made more than 200 placements for diverse kinds of roles, from Engineers to CTO´s with good throughput. This, in combination with my experience from being a Project Manager has given me a solid platform as a leader. I am passionate about coaching and see myself as a good problem solver, who can guide my teams in complex situations. My strongest areas as a leader are to listen, build trust and create an inclusive atmosphere. I am positive, engaged, and many see me as a doer who make things happen. I have several years of experience in multicultural environment with direct reports in different locations across Europe, but also in US and Australia.
As a Team Manager I am responsible for the PFA FIC team with main responsibility around coaching and supporting the team to become self-organized.
We work according to agile methodology with close collaboration with the Scrum master and Product owner focusing on organize and secure that the team has the right prerequisites to be able to perform in the best way. The role includes close collaboration with the Business and internal stakeholder.
