As a Team Manager I am responsible for the PFA FIC team with main responsibility around coaching and supporting the team to become self-organized.

We work according to agile methodology with close collaboration with the Scrum master and Product owner focusing on organize and secure that the team has the right prerequisites to be able to perform in the best way. The role includes close collaboration with the Business and internal stakeholder.

• Recruit, coach, manage and grow a team of 19 engineers
• Responsible for performance and development of the direct reports within database/infrastructure
• Present and drive OKR´s progress on a quarterly basis
• Conduct 1-2-1´s supporting growth/development and career progression, managing morale, team deliveries, and alignment with business strategy
• Mentor professional development of each engineer through performance review/evaluation and coaching
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand roadmap and to present and support direction and delivery
• Working closely with Product Managers and Line leads within the Operational department to overall improve ways of working.

• Leading and driving infrastructure projects across all separate locations within Kindred
• Manage both project and stakeholders from all parts of the company depending on project scope
• Trained and worked with agile PM methods.

• Responsible for the recruitment in Stockholm office for 3,5 years
• Trained and mentored new recruiter
• Hired more than 200 people mainly within tech but also leaders (incl C-level) as well as roles within finance, marketing etc
• Developed recruitment processes, evaluations etc
• Evaluated and sourced recruitment system for Kindred´s offices in 14 countries
• Evaluated and tailored candidate personality tests and gave internal training for stake holders and hiring managers globally
• Arranged meetup events to attract talents.

• Approx 10 different clients at the same time mostly within Tech/Startup companies
• Responsible for the whole recruitment process from initial contact, search profile, marketing channels, searching, interviewing, candidate presentation, conduct personality test and give feedback, salary/package negotiation with candidate.

• Production company within the media industry
• First position after university studies and my move to Stockholm.
