Visiting and auditing new companies which are selected as potential Tier-1 suppliers based on Q1 MSA (Manufacturing Site Assessment) and Ford Customer Specific Requirements.
Attending PPAP0&PPAP3 productions for checking and confirming process capability, error-proofing effectiveness and capacity analysis.
Reviewing all PPAP elements by following PPAP checklist with the suppliers on their plant after production. (such as Attributive MSA, Gage R&R, SPC, 100% measurements, Control Fixture CMM measurements, DVP results, Feasibility, etc)
Leading and gathering cross functional teams for checking pre-feasibility and final-feasibility with supplier, R&D, Planning
Assisting suppliers to achieve AAR (Appearance Approval Report) process for visible parts.
Q1 MSA audit performing once a year which includes Production, Quality, Human Resources, Health&Safety, Maintenance and follow-up the findings with corrective action plan
Evaluated potential risks in the supply chain and developed contingency plans to mitigate disruptions effectively.
