- Close project timing follow-up with suppliers for achieving all 18 PPAP elements and 30 APQP deliverables on time based on Ford project milestones
- Checking the suppliers' problem solving problems reports such as 8D, 5D, 6-Sigma and validating the root causes and actions on supplier plants
- Monitoring the QOS (Quality Operating System) of suppliers by using company portal. In the case of negative trend observation, visiting supplier to check on site for related item such as Production PPM Performance, IATF Certification Performance, Delivery Performance, Q1 MSA Performance, Warranty Performance.
- Visiting and auditing new companies which are selected as potential Tier-1 suppliers based on Q1 MSA (Manufacturing Site Assessment) and Ford Customer Specific Requirements.
- Attending PPAP0&PPAP3 productions for checking and confirming process capability, error-proofing effectiveness and capacity analysis.
- Reviewing all PPAP elements by following PPAP checklist with the suppliers on their plant after production. (such as Attributive MSA, Gage R&R, SPC, 100% measurements, Control Fixture CMM measurements, DVP results, Feasibility, etc)
- Leading and gathering cross functional teams for checking pre-feasibility and final-feasibility with supplier, R&D, Planning
- Assisting suppliers to achieve AAR (Appearance Approval Report) process for visible parts.
- Q1 MSA audit performing once a year which includes Production, Quality, Human Resources, Health&Safety, Maintenance and follow-up the findings with corrective action plan
- Evaluated potential risks in the supply chain and developed contingency plans to mitigate disruptions effectively.
