I like to ride a bicycle to and from my job, few times a week. In some holidays I go riding bicycle to the town or the near city with about 40 minutes per ride.
For the swimming I can swim 3 different modes: free-style, breast and back. I swim about 2 times a month in the swimming pool. Sometimes I swim in the sea or the lake.
