I have two bachelor degrees, one in Informatics and one in Business Administration. In addition to that, I have read an independent course in Information and Network Security. I have a great interest in IT, business development, project managing and Customer relationship management. I am currently working as a Service Management Consultant at IT Software, mainly working with project managing and implementing an IT Service Management Software (TOPdesk) and a AI chatbot (Ebbot).
My role at IT Software is best described as a project leader and implementation consultant. My role consist of b2b project management, software implementation, process development and education. I help Swedish public and private organizations to improve work processes with efficiency and increased customer satisfaction. I’m also responsible for analyzing and optimize the service organisation's work process and lead them in delivering Service excellence.
In this role, I managed contract processing and case administration. I obtained autogiro consent and conducted credit checks, while also handling cases involving regulatory bodies such as the Financial Supervisory Authority. Additionally, I administered new customer accounts, ownership changes, and closures. I Provided comprehensive support by addressing inquiries and offering first-line IT support for the Wave POS system. My responsibilities also included managing payouts, responding to bank inquiries, installing software, and contributing to idea development initiatives.
