• Responsible for running salaries for main company Mobenga, including time and expense reports.
• Assisted manager with implemenation of new salary system.
• In charge of pension, new employees and other salary related topics.

Purchase orders:

• Administered all of the purchase orders in SAP.

Banking:

• Responsible for paying invoices and salaries.
• Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts.

Invoices:

• Responsible for registering and paying all of our invoices.
• The main contact for invoice related topics, whether from other employees/managers or the vendor.

Other tasks:

• Assisted my manager with numbers for ad-hoc reports.
• Assisted with the audits and the preparation of the financial statements.
• Assisted HR with related topics such as policies for the employees or other employee related topics
• Assisted office with events and workshops

• Bank reconciliations, payroll administration, customer invoicing, 1st line customer support, system efficiency, handling of customer accounts, personnel administration.

• My task was to ensure that customers needs were met by optimizing the process in terms of speed, integrity and accuracy.

• Handled supplier invoices, worked some with debt collection and simpler accounting tasks.
