I have also 10 + years experience in sales, customer support and supply chain. Working as an account manager, customer service and export specialist. Delivering goods/ solutions and exceptional experience to customers and stakeholders has always been my passion.

  • Responsible for global sales and credit management process, driver of global credit committee, reporting customer overdue analysis to CFO and deciding actions to be implemented
  • Project management – recently driver of a global standardization process for implementation of surcharge in pricing. Set up super user groups, discussion panels to gather results and worked closely with different interfaces to find best way forward. The project was delivered on time and had a huge impact on business, as sales could be tracked and analysed in a better way.
