Rose’s Adventure - Match 3 puzzle game for iOS and Android.



- Scaling up and building a solid Art team.

- Provide feedback and direction to the team.

- Planning backlogs and working closely with the other directors.

- Driving the Meta envelope of Rose's Adventure.

- Developing a Story Editor together with the programmers that could support our vision.

- Working closely with Narrative Design, providing feedback and suggestions to be able to translate the story itself to a playable, enjoyable feature for the players.



This role has been very broad and I've had multiple fun opportunities to work on some very interesting features as well. We started with a very small art team, which has lead to my work also including:


- Early concepts for the game, and developing the look together with the team.
- Character Art from concept to implementation in Unity.
- Animating and rigging all characters in Spine 2D.
- VfX in Unity.
- Implementation of story in Unity
- Multiple game pieces for the Match 3 puzzle, taken from concept to full completion ingame.



Lead Game Artist

  • Lead Game Artist on Pet Rescue Puzzle Saga.
  • Art Manager for 3 direct reports, as well as team lead for a team of 10 artists, animators and UI/UX
  • Provided feedback and direction to the team.
  • Managed and created documentation, production schedules, and style guides for the team.
  • Designed graphics for icons, environments, screenshots and animations.
  • Worked closely with directors and other team leads to help plan the features for the game
  • Worked closely with Localization teams and outsourcing, as well as marketing.
  • Worked in the teams on different features such as new blocks for the puzzle, new dialogs for features, as well as maps for the saga envelopes.

During this time I mainly worked on the game Pet Rescue Saga as a Senior/Lead Game Artist.


My work included:

  • Providing feedback and direction to the team.
  • Managed and created documentation, production schedules, and style guides for the team.
  • Designed graphics for icons, environments, screenshots and animations.
  • Worked closely with directors and other team leads to help plan the features for the game
  • Worked closely with Localization teams and outsourcing, as well as marketing.
  • Worked in the teams on different features such as new blocks for the puzzle, new dialogs for features, as well as maps for the saga envelopes.


I also briefly worked in a prototyping team, developing fast prototypes for potential upcoming games. That work included:


  • Fast prototyping in Unity
  • Developing fast concepts and assets for testing
  • Play test and iterations.

  • Worked as a Game Artist in a small team that prototyped, developed and launched Pet Rescue Saga for Facebook (5 months)
  • Prototyped and developed Pet Rescue Saga for iOS and Android.
  • Maintained and developed the saga envelope art, provided new content every 2 weeks.

I joined the team at Nice Ninja during pre production of their film "Marco Macaco and Carlos Casino" as a junior animator.

During my time there I worked on:

  • Testing the riggs meant for production
  • Creating small scenes, walk cycles and idles used for promotion and testing of the movie concept.
  • Creating still images for promotional material.
