• Working closely with the hiring managers in several disciplines (C++, project management,UI/UX)
• Participation to international industry events GDC 2014 San Francisco
• Building the entire recruitment strategy at project and studio level
• Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle from defining the job responsibilities to candidate onboarding (including visa application/relocation process, contracts)
• Maintaining the relationship with the recruitment agencies and other vendors
• Consulting the hiring managers on recruitment and staffing topics
• Responsible for Ubisoft Graduate Program developed within Sweden
