Leading the onsite MSA for APQP requirements

Conduct training sessions to onboard manufacturing operators for Quality functions and developing a quality mindset

Owner for activating the work towards zero defects through Built-In-Quality program

Certify and maintain quality inspections to guarantee conformity to specification in conjunction with FMEA, Control plans and work procedures

Conducting internal auditing for ISO9001:2015 compliance and NC handling to evaluate proper closure of corrective actions within the departments

Acting as the Quality representative for the cross functional PFMEA processes

Coordination and developing guidelines with central QA team to prevent recurrence in raw material, engineering issues of third-party suppliers

Managing incoming, in process and outgoing inspections of production handling a team of 30+ members

Customer complaints handling through SAP QM module

Developing sampling plans in accordance with AQL sampling methodologies

Developing and introduction of SOPs and working instructions and effective training for implementation

Assuring all raw materials are in line with set standards for commercializing products at material selection, prototype development, trial, pilot and at mass scale production

Conducting cross functional brainstorming sessions and mentoring quality circle teams
