• I joined Ericsson in January 2001 as an Accountant in the Accounts Receivable department, handling accounts and general ledger reconciliations, among other responsibilities.

• From 2004 to 2006 I served as a Financial Controller in R&D, ensuring accurate forecasting and project closings, analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts, ensuring SOX compliance, and providing financial and system support to non-financial users.
• From 2007 to 2009 I served in the Market Control unit as a Financial Controller towards different countries and customers with assignments to Turkey, Israel, South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya.
• In 2010 I served as a team leader helping establish the AIRTEL business model in Ericsson, which included Managed Capacity and Managed Service offerings.
• In 2012, I was posted to Ericsson Kenya as a Contract Analyst/Project Controller, handling revenue and cost analysis for Managed Services, period-end closing, and knowledge transfer to local Project Finance Managers, reporting to the Business Controller and Customer Unit Airtel head.
• In 2013 I was assigned to a new unit, Ericsson Broadcasting Services business as a team leader. England, Holland and France to join the new I established Ericsson processes for customer projects, standardized reporting, trained Customer Project Managers on report use, and aligned ways of working to ensure lean operations and efficient resource use.
• 2016 — Led internal compliance audits across [countries]; assessed SOX and internal controls, identified key control gaps, and delivered recommendations that management accepted and implemented to strengthen compliance.
• Completed multiple leadership courses (dates/certifications available upon request) to enhance team leadership and stakeholder-management skills
• From 2017 to 2018 I served as Global Project Controller Lead, facilitating and securing global project migrations, supporting the IFRS15 deployment by training project controllers, and managing various short-term projects.
• From 2018 to 2024, I served as Project Controller Lead for the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam. I developed and launched a Chat Bot tool in Q3 2020, participated in Management Independent Testing for several SOX controls in Q2 2022, and worked with SMART and other Market Area MOAI customers to resolve complex contracts in line with Ericsson processes. I also onboarded new employees and provided various departmental trainings.
