• Executed comprehensive website revisions, maintaining strict quality control.
• Developed JavaScript scripts for newly approved functionalities using Telerik automation testing tool.
• Developed and performed performance testing using JMeter.
• Configured and performed API testing using Postman.
• Developed and implemented test metrics, managing test metrics within the team to improve the overall quality of the tested product.

Web Customer Link (WCL) is a unique web shop application created by SKF for its distributors and customers.

Price and Quotation - This is the online price and quote module for preparing quotations and orders; it is integrated with other systems using GAIA.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing the test plan document.
• Developing test case documents from the approved requirements, creating step-by-step test execution details, along with accurate expected results.
• Conduct system testing for the team.
• Managing the defect life cycle using the JIRA tool, with a continuous updating process from open status to close status for each and every bug raised as JIRA tickets.
• JavaScript script writing for each approved new functionality using the automation testing tool Selenium.

LUCENT COM-CONFIGURATOR - All the online orderable products or items can be ordered through the AL management menu. This is a portal of Alcatel-Lucent.

B2B is an integration application that interacts with external partners, implemented on the web Methods middleware tool. There are large enterprise customers who interact with the B2B application in the Lucent Business Integration and conduct business transactions such as purchase ordering, quoting, and invoicing.

FNO (FLEXNET OPERATION) is an application that facilitates interactions with external partners and large enterprise customers. It is used within the Lucent Business Integration framework to conduct business transactions, including the generation of various licenses through the application.

Responsibilities:

• Building up test case scenarios for different environments of the SDLC.
• Writing test case documents.
• Executing test cases.
• Defect management using the bug tracking tool "TRACK."
• Performed white-box testing using the Web Method tool.
