Consultant for Volvo Cars AB, high voltage wire harness solutions and applications

Consultant for Lear Corporation Sweden, wire harness solutions and applications for both Volvo Cars and CEVT.

• Responsible for designing and supporting serial production of mainly floor, IP and main battery harnesses for Volvo's ongoing CMA platform.
• Worked closely with Lear and VCC manufacturing to maintain optimum levels of communication in order to ease wire harness manufacturing process as well as assembly at VCC plants.
• Prepared and delivered release documentation such as wire harness 3D models and drawings, FMEAs, packaging instructions and Lear proprietary deliverables, for several model years from VP to SOP and running changes that consequently followed.
• Ensured Change Order structure updates are correct by bridging engineering and complexity team with VCC CO specialists.
• Inspected harnesses after different tests performed at VCC Hällered Proving Grounds, proposed solutions where needed and followed them to implementation.
• Performed several cost reduction benchmarks on VCC harnesses and other OEMs as well, catalogued and chased ideas to implementation where possible.

• Designed Class A surfaces on cockpit parts for the Alpine A110.
• Designed Class A surfaces on interior and exterior parts for Dacia Duster 2.
• Worked closely with Perceived Quality department to ensure high standard of design surfaces.
• Analyzed clay models of designed parts to identify potential areas of improvement.

• Assisted platform clients with payment processing, KYC investigations and game round inspection requests.
• Managed high volume currency accounts and processed incoming payment requests ensuring user eligibility for requested funds.
• Supported customer questions and issues by gathering data, analyzing needs, evaluating possible resolutions and implementing best solutions.
• Shared strategic insights with key interdepartmental teams, such as Casino Operations and Fraud, regarding customer experience and service-related trends to improve service delivery.
