- Support countries in achieving goals through performance and opportunities management
- Develop Commercial (non-sales focus) KPI's in collaboration with Global Leadership Team and Senior Vice president for Sales Region
- Develop KPI for launch of new portfolio in collaboration with Product Management Team.
- Develop Performance management deck for countries and Leadership Team
- Support budget and performance review Process by developing models (patient) and sharing critical insight
- Monthly review of advanced analytics with Global (CEO,CFO, SVP) and local leadership team (Managing Director, Sales Manager, Team Leads...)
- Sales Force Process Owner for B2B and Direct-To-Consumer processes - shaping the system to fit our purpose

Responsibilities:
- On ground Support to US, UK, FR, NL prior to hiring Analyst
- Run quantitative consumer data analytics and insight
- Direct local market/regions sales resources with actions and priorities based on data
- Develop and enhance volume, depth and flow of consumer data in our local and global business
- Create and Drive segmentation and targeting other multidimensional consumer insights to generate impactful knowledge
