At Volvo Cars Cooperation, I am the Scrum Master for two on-site and remote Devops HiQ teams.

On the organizational level, I'm organizing improvement work with the aim of creating a great work environment for all teams. Acts as a bridge between business product owners and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and deliverables.

Guides the teams in working in an Agile mindset and utilizing KANBAN and Scrum practices, and by facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. As well as making sure the teams have a successful PI planning.
