• Built a solid platform for growth by initiating, negotiating and executing a global license agreement with ZimmerBiomet, acquiring and integrating a Malaysian company, strengthening the management team, broadening the product portfolio and raising new capital for growth.

• Revamped the strategy process, drove a handful business development projects and cultivated a strong corporate image and identity through company wide rebranding.

• Developed the business and entered new market by managing Scania's partnership with Toyota's subsidiary Hino in Japan. Defended the company against two hostile takeover attempts and prior to that prepared the company for an IPO in USA and Sweden.

• Managed the bank's relationship with a dozen global enterprises, raised capital through debt financing and IPOs, negotiated legal contracts.
