Bhawana Adhikari

A graduate with a Master’s in Leadership for Sustainable Development, specializing in sociology with a thesis on waste-based entrepreneurship. My thesis explored how young entrepreneurs in Kathmandu Valley leverage social networks and institutional support to overcome challenges and innovate in sustainable waste management. Using qualitative research, I examined how they transform traditional "take, make, dispose" models into circular systems. Passionate about social change, I bring expertise in project management, social network analysis, and community-based sustainable solutions.

• Investigate how waste-based entrepreneurs perceive the possibilities in the waste business and how they contribute to sustainability in society
