• Installation, configuration, and deployment of Nutanix AHV servers
• Handling of global data centers namely Almhult, Osby, China, Singapore & Remote sites centers in which contains almost 25000 VM’s, 2500 Nutanix 160 hosts, 7 Prism Centrals & it’s operating as 24 x 7 x 365

• Supporting mission critical applications dependency with Nutanix and help relevant team to achieve their business requirements
• Worked on BIOS/Firmware Upgrade on AHV hosts and ensure the compatibility of cluster thru Nutanix LCM features
• Worked on setting up DR sites and create replication between remote sites
• Also conducts DR tests and do failover/failback activities with respective of different application vendor teams
• Administrate and troubleshooting Nutanix storage environment.
• Troubleshooting various Nutanix alerts on Prism central, Prism element, Nutanix cvm, Nutanix software and resolving those alerts
• Install and rebuild Nutanix CVM when it corrupted
• Worked on Nutanix CVM’s CPU & Memory additions to eliminate latency issues in the Nutanix Clusters
• Project involved migration of old environment VM servers into Nutanix cluster on premises cloud environment, through virtual upgrade phase
• Conducts regular audits to ensure all frameworks and processes that have been integrated into the system are working properly and efficiently, in accordance with the goals.
• Handling all production issues and user request through incident and change management
• Communicating and building relationship with multiple stakeholders while designing new solutions
• Determining root cause for issues and implementing the fix to avoid reoccurrences
• Handling changes are approved by CAB team and implemented according to the all plans and handling incidents logged in service now ticketing tool
• Handling issues with minimal resolution time and maintaining better SLA compliance
• Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner.

• Hardware replacements for DIMM/Battery/Fan/Powersupply/NIC/Motherboard issues with vendors like Nutanix, Dell EMC,HPE, to get the hardware replaced / fixed
• Handling Esx server down alerts, Storage path down alerts, Vcenter down issues, Host down issues, HA failover issues and analysis in production & QA servers and ensure that all servers are utilizing appropriate resources on their Strategic & Enterprise environment
• Handling Isilon & Qumulo and providing support for code upgrades, export addition and removal of SMB/CIFS & NFS share paths
• Handling IBM Flash System 9200 array’s and providing support for code upgrades , drive upgrades, zoning and ensure stability of the storage array’s
• Day to day monitoring of Virtual Servers within the virtual environment, Extracting performance reports for the Virtual Servers using monitoring tools like Grafana and VROPS

• Good Exposure on Monitoring tools / Alert Monitoring Activities- Server Maintenance
• Ensuring all the servers are up and running fine in day to day basis
• Performs decommission of servers which are out from the Production environment as per the customer requirement
• Updating servers with latest service packs, hot fixes, firmware and patch management according to the down time scheduled by customer
• Handling CPU, SNMP, Disk space and Swap memory alerts in production servers and ensure that all servers are utilizing appropriate resources on their Strategic & Enterprise environment
• Active Directory users and groups management
• Handling v-center servers and creating new builds as per the client requirements (Salt sheet)
