Established the support from the Infrastructure Operations Vendor in line with H&M IT sourcing strategy to achieve a more cost-efficient Operations in the long run.

The project scope was to Transition 13 Senior Local BASIS Consultants from H&M who are responsible for handling the HM SAP Landscape of total 26 SAP Solutions.

My responsibilities -

• Stakeholder Management, enabling stakeholders and facilitating decision making for Transition Project
• Careful project planning and tremendous flexibility adapting to the new Ways of Working, especially post pandemic situation.
• Project team of 26+ people. Focus on communication, collaboration and coordination with all involved teams and stakeholders. The team sits locally and offshore.
• Ensuring the quality in handover using broader experience as SAP Architect through extensive playback sessions and documentation.

• Project Manager, Technical Architect for various new SAP Platform establishment Projects as well as Support to existing Solution
• Solved functional and technical obstacles and worked closely with project team from different streams.
• Delivered SAP training, user support and knowledge transfer at end of project and followed up to verify successful implementation.
• Multitasked and managed multiple deliverables and projects concurrently and facilitated use of SAP for enterprise resource planning.

• Automation and orchestration of SAP installations using ARM templates as well as snoozing of SAP systems using Azure Automation.
