Since May 2021, I have been in charge of an export flow to Brazil. The job role includes responsibility for the following tasks:

Ø To monitor incoming shipments to warehouses, plan and manage incoming goods to meet customers' desired delivery time and manage and resolve orders from customers

Ø To handle check-in and check-out of containers

Ø To synchronize incoming goods with outgoing containers, making sure to always meet the customer's deadline

Ø To continuously work to identify, analyze and develop processes to improve the efficiency and quality of the service provided

Ø To be actively in contact with the customers, both internal and external, in order to provide quality service

In addition to the above, I got my skills developed in the Import flow as well as in another export flow (goods to China and Lexington). My tasks in these areas consisted of booking transport (containers or trailers) in the DFDS internal system, GTMS, checking documents and customs documents and photographing any damage that occurred during loading or unloading to maintain the quality. Maintaining time management and providing quality service to the customers in the form of delivering the goods to the end customers, right in time, had always been the focus area.

I have also worked with the administration of incoming goods where my duties consisted of handling and checking invoices, shipping and customs documentation, as well as reconciling the documents according to the customer's wishes. Accuracy and analytical skills were the keys that were required in order to perform the job.

• The tasks included comparing the primary electricity network drawn in their software with the one drawn in their facilities system (NetBas). What did not agree between the systems, I redrew in the SCADA system (the company's supervisory/remote control system, Power on Fusion). Also, I transferred a lot of data manually from NetBas to SCADA.
• Devoted special emphasis to punctuality and worked to maintain outstanding attendance record.
• Exceeded goals through effective task prioritization and great work ethic.

Practiced in preschool for 6 weeks to learn Swedish. My tasks consisted of, among other things, taking care of children aged 5–6 and coming up with various activities for them, which helped me strengthen my language skills.
