Rotable Maintenance Management Specialist

  • Responsible to manage the availability of rotable exchange services to ensure performance of our component repair programs. Primary objective is to balance the program's service-levels, and its capital requirement via continuous optimization of our rotable pooling system.
  • Develop and implement best practices related to the repair of major components and the management of cores – both for Fleet and for Fixed Plant.
  • Develop norms for the re-usage of components, e.g. number of turns before replacement
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure the reliability and performance of rotable components, when required perform supplier assessments and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions, work with the suppliers to improve quality and performance of rotables.
  • Ensure outputs from root cause analysis are linked back into the reliability continuous improvement process to address any shortfalls in our baseline asset tactics taking into account reliability block diagrams, asset strategy and OEM inputs and change management process is conducted appropriately

Aircraft Material Planner

  • Work closely with service engineers, product developers, and Maintenance engineers to ensure aftermarket requirements are met and to execute a spare part strategy. Responsible for establishing and optimizing the spare parts assortment for all parts belonging to the area of responsibility in the project. Setup and maintain a new Bill of material configuration for the project requirement.
  • Review and check the Isometric Drawing (BOM and OEM list)
  • Build and maintain lifecycle spare parts stocking plans, SPIR’s and EBOM’s for all operational equipment types.
  • Drive West Atlantic network for spare parts stocking optimisation decisions and governance, in localised terminals, regional and global locations, using data and data analytics.
  • Drive spare parts optimization based on analytics (ABC, FMEA, Risk-based and AHP).
  • Spare part Operational visibility, identifying/defining criticality and calculating risk impact on equipment.
  • Maintain governance controls and feedback loops over terminal inventory order points and overstocking levels.
  • Spare parts technical advisory as input validation to terminal requests for order point stocking changes

  • Involved in the project phase of modeling an electric ferry for Powetech AB, Göteborg and introducing their energy management system (EMS), Energy Storage, Propulsion System, Microgrid Inverters and other machinery items shown on the developed model. Work close with Technical Specialist and Spare Parts Engineers - collected the details of units and dimensions of EMS, Energy storage and other machinery information.
  • Prepare the machinery sketches and introduced them in the design.
