• Currently, I am driving the experimentation in our Home Product area. Increasing the testing capacity, the tooling, and support for other teams to be able to run A/B tests and accelerate the learning. The goal is to enhance user engagement and content discovery.

Previously:

• Content Delivery: Delivered diverse content types to millions of users for varied use cases. Building a decentralized solution to unblock the existing monolithic approach. This project was a massive migration involving 20+ teams, and I was the tech lead. From ideation to influencing leadership, and building the roadmap, stakeholder management, and delivery over multiple quarters. Maintained comprehensive documentation of development work, facilitating knowledge sharing among team members.
• User Fraud: Developed systems for detecting and preventing user fraud. I was the tech lead in building a series of microservices to mitigate the users and streams that were fraudulent and were supposed to be acted upon.
• Experience: Enhanced mobile search functionality for a seamless user experience. I helped build and ship the search experience, ran various A/B tests, productionized these, influenced our team's product roadmap with tech improvements, and managed the tech debt.

Technologies i used in Spotify : Java 21, Google Cloud Platform(Big Table, Big Query, Pub/Sub, Data flow), Kubernetes, Apollo (internal backend framework similar to Springboot),

• Software Engineer and Team Lead:

Our team was building the equivalent of Spotify in Iran. Being a small startup of 25 people, I lead the backend team of four engineers, translating the product roadmap into a technical solution and being a hands-on engineer building a scalable solution. I also mentored more junior engineers.
