As an accomplished UX, UI, and Product Designer with a foundation in Computer Science Engineering, I bring two decades of expertise in creating sophisticated digital designs, from wireframes to WCAG accessible design systems. I spearhead the fusion of iGaming with Web3 technology, crafting innovative casino experiences on a decentralized platform. My role entails designing intuitive and visually compelling products, ensuring they align with our mission to democratize casino gaming and blockchain integration. I collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, simplifying Web3 complexities to empower users as casino operators and investors. My focus is on driving efficiency and transparency through smart contracts, while continually pushing the boundaries of gaming and blockchain. Ultimately, my work at DeGaming is about creating an ecosystem that is not only profitable but fosters a vibrant community of gaming enthusiasts and innovators.
I am leading the UX-related work in a cross-functional team alongside business analysts and APOs in order to launch the new concept and offerings for both new and existing Swedbank customers through our several platforms: Customer Advisor Portal, the Internet Bank and apps. Ensuring that all the new designs follow Swedbank's design system as well as accessibility requirements for the bank.
I lead the UI requirements through to implementation for the iOS and Android apps of a PostNord app called "Riktiga Vykortet", alongside product managers, engineers and the UX designer. I also took the responsibility to lead the design system in order to ensure that we have a scalable product, bridge the gap between design and development and implemented design tokens and accessibility requirements as part of our system.
As the sole UX designer at the Post-It project, I work alongside UI designer, developers, product, and business stakeholders to build the future of collaborative tools for Post-It and some of their clients such as Microsoft.
Responsible for leading the design system work for the team. The objective during this time was to set the foundation for the design system on Figma in order for it to align with the development environment and be scalable as the platform and the design grows.
I was the lead UX and Design System designer for the launch of WAGMI Casino (cryptocurrency). My responsibilities were to create a highly converting and competitive casino platform that runs on cryptocurrency, NFTs, and blockchain technology. I ensured that the design interaction and experience help serve both experienced casino players that are new to Web3, as well as experienced Web3 users that are new to casino.
The library of the Design System was built on Figma for the web/mobile application with the MUI as a base DS framework.
At Nordea in the Nordic region, I led KYC design projects, conducting user research and developing UX concepts into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. My role included facilitating design workshops to integrate user, business, and technical requirements, adhering to the SAFe model. I focused on enhancing user experience in financial crime prevention tools for financial advisors, covering AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions.
I created design deliverables for native iOS and Android apps, ensuring consistency with long-term product and business vision for 3M's Filtrete app. I consulted continuously with stakeholders, including lead engineers and product managers, to prioritize key design tasks. Conducted workshops to align design decisions with user and business needs, thriving in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. Initiated and led the migration of an outdated design system from Sketch to Figma, laying the foundation for design communication and practices. This facilitated improved collaboration among future designers, developers, content managers, and PM/PO teams. Additionally, I was responsible for testing the accessibility, feasibility, design, operation, and performance of various equipment, components, and systems.
At 3M RSAM through Bontouch, I systemized and enhanced the Roadway Safety Asset Manager platform into a comprehensive Figma Design library. I established and implemented guidelines for the development team, ensuring consistency in user interaction and experience across the platform.
At Designlab, I mentored students in both short courses and the UX Academy program, conducting 1-on-1 video sessions as outlined in each course and program. I evaluated student assignments, providing detailed written and verbal feedback, and assessed student progress in relation to course goals. My role also involved assisting students with planning and time management to meet their educational objectives.
As the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of THXRD Inc, a media-tech startup based in LA and Stockholm, I played a pivotal role in developing 'OZONE' – our innovative talent networkapp designed for untapped talents in the creative industry. Working closely with my partner and co-founder, Quincy Jones III, I drove the company's vision and product strategy, blending a keen sense of design with cutting-edge technology. My focus extended beyond day-to-day operations to shaping the future of the creative and entertainment industry by helping aspiring creatives worldwide. My ambition was to bridge the gap between creators and businesses, leveraging our expertise to help brands and companies thrive through untapped creative talents found in urban areas all across the globe.
I led initiatives to enhance our mobile app's user experience, collaborating with stakeholders like the CMO and CTO in focused workshops. I conducted thorough market research to align our design with patient needs and business goals. My work ranged from crafting low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developing a cross-platform-compatible design system in Figma, ensuring seamless functionality across web and mobile interfaces.
As a Senior UX Designer at Svea, I played a key role in launching a new finance mobile app, coordinating with product owners and lead developers to define the project scope. I utilized existing research to identify pain points and align the project with business, user, and market needs. My efforts included conducting competitive market research and leading workshops to establish a foundation for the MVP. I developed the design system for native iOS and Android apps in Adobe XD, adhering to Svea's brand guidelines. Additionally, I crafted and presented a strategy for migrating the entire Svea design team from Adobe XD to Figma, enhancing project delivery speed, flexibility, efficiency, and team collaboration across all Svea products.
I was instrumental in translating user requirements into effective project designs and solutions. I crafted UI elements and developed the Design System Sketch Library for our teams in Stockholm and Gothenburg, continually testing and refining UI components. Collaborating with web developers, I focused on creating user-friendly interfaces and conducted usability tests for desktop and mobile sites. My role also involved aligning designs with brand identity, conducting user research, and producing prototypes for various stakeholders. Additionally, I pioneered a Rapid Collaboration model within our team, enhancing efficiency and creativity in our design processes.
Creating both low and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders and team members. I developed engaging and functional digital designs to enhance Nordea's brand and identity across various platform areas. I conducted a workshop for the Customer Experience team in Nordea Denmark, sharing insights on how improved designs boosted conversions. My responsibilities also included testing new designs and ensuring their functionality before deployment. Collaboratively, I worked with business developers in workshops to align design improvements with business needs, particularly targeting new customer groups. Additionally, I led the redesign of physical letter templates for distribution to a select group of long-term customers, enhancing customer engagement and communication.
I focused on gathering and interpreting user requirements to guide project designs and implementation strategies. Adhering to strict budgetary and scheduling constraints, I delivered high-quality designs that met customer needs. My achievements included the complete responsive redesign of an existing non-responsive website, seamlessly integrating Nordea's new brand identity. I also contributed to developing the layout and user interface, utilizing HTML and CSS best practices in line with my design vision. Furthermore, I conducted usability testing for both desktop and mobile sites. Notably, following the launch, our mortgage calculator's new design was recognized as the best in its category among Swedish banks in 2019.
I undertook a comprehensive analysis to address the issue of decreased work presence among bus drivers, identifying the underlying causes. Recognizing the opportunity to improve employee health and reduce absences, I spearheaded the development and design of an ergonomic fitness mobile app. I assembled and led a team of developers, overseeing the app's journey from conceptualization to delivery to the client.
In collaboration with Keolis' HR group, I aligned the app's development with strategic business objectives, and managed the production schedule, including tracking and reporting on progress. My role also involved orchestrating a creative team responsible for producing the video content used in the app. Additionally, I crafted the brand identity for the app and designed various graphics for websites, logos, and marketing promotions, actively brainstorming with peers and other design team members to refine product features and enhancements.
I was responsible for creating compelling visuals for the brand and the redesign of the company's platform, ensuring adherence to technical constraints. My process involved extensive research into character drawings, symbols, and environmental elements to gather inspiration. I meticulously prepared all design assets into prepress files suitable for various printing methods, including offset, web, and digital. Leading the creative process, I generated original ideas and drew inspiration to shape the brand's artistic direction. I consistently anticipated potential design challenges, proactively developing effective solutions throughout the iterative design process. Collaborating closely with the Chief Product Officer, I played a key role in designing the end-to-end experience and visuals for the company's mobile app and website, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
As the Brand Designer at Bower (formerly known as Pantapå), I was instrumental in shaping the artistic vision for the brand at the time it was named PantaPå, and its products, working in close collaboration with the company's founder. My responsibilities included designing the logo, creating illustrations, and producing video animations for the website, app, and various marketing initiatives. I meticulously prepared all design documents, ensuring they were ready for prepress and suitable for a range of printing methods, including offset, web, and digital formats, thus supporting the brand's cohesive visual presence across multiple platforms.
