Senior Electronics Tech.
9 Years 5 Months- Responsible for update of necessary computer software maintenance and calibration record.
- Responsible for safe monitoring and controlled maintenance of radioactive equipment utilised on the vessel.
- Responsible for the care and maintenance of the electronics system and calibration and repair of the process monitoring and control equipment.

E & I Superintendent
6 Years 5 Months- In-charge the E & I Department for 13 new building PSV vessel project in Fuzhou (Mawei Shipyard) China.
- Responsible for the project management team inspection activities of all Electrical & Instrumentation (E & I) construction work in the project ensuring that it is carried out in accordance with specifications, Class Rules Regulations approved by ABS.
- Preparation of the defect lists of the ongoing projects particularly the installation of the equipment and machineries, technical and E&I issue.
- Review the Electrical Installation layouts of the equipment to ensure in every installation of the electrical and mechanical equipment’s is done in compliance with applicable rules and standard of ABS rules, Company and shipyard standards.
- Responsible for the final acceptance of the equipment and machinery after commissioning, function test of all electrical panels, motors, switchgear, DP system, Electric drive for main propulsion and switchboard, bow thrusters, etc.
- Coordinate the yard for all electrical and technical issues before and after commissioning.
- Attend sea trials in every vessel after the completion of the newly built vessel before the ship’s delivery to the client.
- Travel in different countries to visit the vessel and conduct the major troubleshooting of Electrical /Instrumentation controls particularly the DP system problem of the vessel after the turnover to the client.
- Supervise Electrical & Instrumentation technicians during construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
- Coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules.
- Perform loop checking, instrument calibration, and functional testing.

- Responsible for the maintenance of all Electrical/Instrumentation systems on the drill ship. These include DP system, vessel control system, drilling systems, mud system and blow out preventer control systems HP compressor, hydraulic system ect.

Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Emergency Shutdown (ESD), Process Shutdown (PSD), Process Control System (PCS), Gas Compressors, Separators, Fiscal Metering and Blender. - Carry out Repairs, replaces and/or installs various instrumentation equipment as instructed. Includes diagnosing faults, obtaining parts, equipment and tools, and initiating repairs and replacements.
