Support for our applications, investigate when we have issues, raise MMS tickets when we have bugs, follow up with dev and deploy bug fix to UAT/DEV/PROD.

I was involved in multiple projects:

First, I was managing internal sites using Ansible(copy content, create users/folders, give permissions)

Second one, I was creating infrastructure in AWS using Terraform. I have created EC2, SG, VPCs.

The last project was with a DevOps team, there I used to create pipelines using gitlab CI.

As a Linux System Engineer working with SSPO, i provide daily operational and deployment activities in alignment with business needs, accountability for the administration of service platforms.

Real time analysis of incidents and customer complaints while driving corrective actions in accordance with customer impact

Create environments in VMware Cloud and make basic configurations. Setup databases, tnsnames and start/debug listener issues. Also, I am debugging issues on database side(Oracle and Postgres).

- analyze and identify issues on email server(Postfix)
- block IPs who were making brute-force
