In Capgemini as an engagement manager, I have been in different product development projects as a consultant

I worked closely with other project/program managers, product owners, RTEs and scrum masters to identify, define and document requirements, facilitate developing digital services including Digital Platforms, and Platforms’ Modules such as digital services or applications

I was engaged in defining business model and technical requirements for digital services

Stakeholders consist of multicultural and cross functional customers’ teams internally and externally including tests centres and project costumers

My main tasks were:

  • Understanding customer needs, gap analysis, visualization of current statues and objectives
  • Defining Product strategic roadmap, Objective key results (OKR) and Product Life Cycle
  • Aligning design concepts with product performance and the objectives (Func/ Non-func.)
  • New products introduction including concept, business model and technical specification
  • Defining, managing, and prioritizing the project backlog (using KANO, MOSCOW, WSJF)
  • Leading and training of cross-functional teams
  • Participating in PI Planning, demos, retrospective sessions, Inspect and Adapt sessions
  • Secures the customer's voice in the problem-solving processes

In my current role as the Epic Leader representing Digital Finance in several digital transformation programs at Volvo Cars, I have honed the skills and experience necessary to excel as a Senior Project Manager in the Digital Core team. In this capacity, I have been responsible for leading three critical projects: the establishment of a new engine production line (Managing 10 indirect report), the setup of a new Volvo Mega factory in Europe (Managing 8 indirect report) and Production of new Volvo Vehicle in Belgium (Managing 5 indirect report so far).I have worked closely with various teams and clusters, internal stakeholders such as Finance and external including People Experience, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, to ensure the successful integration of Digital Finance capabilities into these projects. Furthermore, my role as an Epic Owner has equipped me with the skills needed to set strategic roadmaps, define clear goals, and achieve key results for the programs, aligning digital product backlogs with the overall program master plan. I have also acted as a servant leader and coach for large teams while building strong virtual teams, reflecting my commitment to human-centric values as emphasized by Volvo Cars. As Epic Owner, I am also responsible to align different digital product backlog in each PI with the program master plan, I have successfully managed risks and dependencies across different teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient project delivery process.   • Project Manager for Cloud-Based Single Sign On (SSO) at SKF:

The program was a platform of 11 different applications to be developed in a cloud-based platform to facilitate and improve user experience. In this program I was responsible for defining program vision & mission, program timeline and release content. Among many other things, I was responsible to communicate with SKF business stakeholders, Application Product Managers and several development teams to communicate the program vision and ensure that the applications will be delivered on-time with premium quality

  • Product Manager Vehicle Data Analytics service at CEVT

The product was a vehicle related Data gathering and analysis service. I as the product manager was responsible to explore the required data both for internal purposes and potential external customers. Communication with external and internal stakeholders, exploring business opportunities of vehicle data, defining product vison & mission, product roadmap, business models, use cases MVP and POC of the platform were among my responsibilities


  • Product Manager Cloud and Data Sharing Platform at CEVT

The product was an internal platform for Collecting, Refining, Analysis and sharing Zeekr’s Vehicle Data. I as the product manager was responsible to investigate business opportunity of the product, define the product roadmap, vision and mission of the product, conduct risk analysis, define and present product MVP and present the product POC to internal and external stakeholders. Define and manage product life cycle. In addition, I was responsible to communicate the product vision and mission to the development team as well as client or potential customers of the product


  • Product Manager Digital Fleet Optimizer Service at CEVT

The product was an optimized fleet management system and I as the product manager was responsible to investigate business opportunity of the product, define the product roadmap, vision and mission of the product, conduct risk analysis, define and present product MVP and present the product POC to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, I was responsible to communicate the product vision and mission to the development team as well as client or potential customers of the product. Managed complex engagements involving multiple teams and large budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations..
