As a Sales Incentive Control Analyst, I am responsible for managing and analyzing sales incentive programs to ensure they align with the company's strategic objectives. On a daily basis, I am involved in interpreting sales data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights to optimize incentive structures. I was managing 40+ traders on daily basis and establishing daily sales targets with 4 KAMs. One of my achievements was designing and supervising the implementation of the lodge project at the Legia Warsaw stadium and re-branded expositions for built-in products in 50+ shops.
