  • Project I: Low-cost production of high-purity rare sugar D-allulose. the production cost of D-allulose was reduced by more than 40%.
  • Project II: Efficient production of High-Purity manno-oligosaccharides(MOS) from guar gum by citric acid and enzymatic hydrolysis. Compared to konjac-derived MOS, the production cost of guar gum-derived MOS was significantly reduced by approximately five fold.
