Product Ownership within Cyber Security domain for products such as Cisco IronPort for Email Security & Cisco ISE for Network Security with a clear mission to elevate bank's security posture.

Alongside responsibilities in network & email security domains, bank's physical security has been improved by creating transparency around the established architecture and optimization of workflows.

Swedbank had a vision to create omni channel communication platform for its customers across markets in Sweden & Baltic countries. The transformation was to setup Genesys Cloud as main communication platform for Swedbank agents to interact with Swedbank customers.

While the transformation in the bank was primarily to roll out Genesys Cloud, due to the bank's risk appetite there was an additional requirement to record the conversations simultaneously in real time within Swedbank on premise.

While the actual phone call took place outside the Swedbank in Genesys Cloud, the parallel real time recordings were captured within the bank's internal network with the help of Nice Engage recording platform & associated voice recording connector.

• Product Owner for cloud offerings of Amazon AWS & Microsoft Azure within Scania.
• Responsible to improve cloud usage experience for Scania IT applications by providing a robust cloud foundation layer & technical consulting.

• Product owner of several cutting edge platforms such as 'IoT Device Gateway, API Manager, ESB, Streaming, Semantic Data Integration' which help in solving day to day Integration needs such as Application to Application(A2A), Business to Business(B2B), IoT connectivity and Data Integration.
• These enable Scania business functions sell/build services faster, automate industrial shop floor processes and can innovate by enabling Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.

• Learnt and played role of a product owner for a huge middle ware stack comprising of legacy IBM middleware platform and modern connectivity platform comprising of WSO2 API Manager, Cloudera based Streaming Platform, Eurotech based IoT platform.

• Took end to end responsibility of all Scania's Integration Platform deliverables which included Architectural, Development and Operational initiatives.

• Managed and administered Scania's IBM MQ Platform as an IBM MQ specialist. During this period I was still responsible for leading the Integration support at Scania.
