EMIR:

• Ensure compliance with EMIR by reporting all ETD and OTC derivatives to Trade Repositories (TRs).
• Ensure SEB reports EMIR-eligible trades to the correct TR, like REGIS-TR
• Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of derivative contracts, including trades, positions, collateral, and valuations, within the T+1 deadline.

DFA:

• Ensure compliance with the DFA by reporting swap transactions with US person counterparties to a registered SDR.
• Manage real-time reporting obligations, ensuring all publicly reportable swap transactions are submitted within 15 minutes of execution.
• Maintain swap data reporting and recordkeeping to enhance transparency, reduce systemic risk, and promote financial market integrity.
• Serve as the reporting party for DFA transactions when trading with US persons who are not swap dealers, or apply tie-breaker rules to determine the reporting party when trading with another swap dealer.
• Ensure SEB reports all DFA-related trades to the appropriate SDR.

• Oversee the preparation and submission of daily revenue and cost reports.
• Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of daily balance sheets.
• Compile and review reports on non-cash currency transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct prudential reporting and perform related financial analysis to support regulatory and internal requirements.

• Oversee the bank's expenses by verifying that invoices submitted for payment align with contractual agreements.
• Compile internal transfer documents and ensure accurate processing in the financial system.
• Perform thorough accounts control, including the organization of advance accounts by sub-account categories.
• Ensure timely closure of advance accounts.
• Monitor and maintain control over all account balances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
